At Bed-Stuy Youth Lacrosse Club (BYLC), we believe access should never determine opportunity. Too often, young people are left on the sidelines because the cost of youth sports continues to rise, creating barriers that have nothing to do with talent, passion, or potential.

That's why BYLC exists—to ensure that every child has the chance to play, learn, and belong through the game of lacrosse.

BYLC After Hours and After Hours Wellness were created with that same mission in mind. Our adult clinics, open-play experiences, and corporate wellness programs are more than recreational events—they are engines that help sustain our youth programming. Every adult who picks up a stick, every company that books a wellness session, and every partner who invests in our mission helps create more opportunities for Brooklyn's youth.

To keep our programming low-cost and accessible, we rely on in-kind donations and community support. Equipment, field space, meals, apparel, transportation, and volunteer resources all make it possible for children to participate regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
